In developing the policies and principles that govern the pricing and service offered by The Cyclery Bike Shop, Steve kept the customer in mind. “Shop Pride” is the motto of the workshop at The Cyclery Bike Shop. Mechanics are implored to treat every bike as if it was their own bike. Pricing is very competitive and extra care is always given to do the small things that make every repair or tune-up special. Bikes are always wiped down, and frames are always treated with a paint polish/conditioner with UV inhibitors.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and treat all the bikes we service as if they were our own. From fixing flats to complete tune-ups, we offer competitive prices and professional service.
Tune-ups start at $49.95, includes wheel truing. All tuned-up bikes are ridden by the mechanic to ensure bikes are fit to ride.
$39.95 Fixie or BMX
$79.95 Tandem or E-Bikes
From BMX to time-trial, from fitness to gravel bikes, and from cruisers to downhill bikes, at The Cyclery Bike Shop we stock a large selection of bikes that is sure to meet all of your cycling needs.
The Cyclery Bike Shop opens at 10 AM and we stay open until 7 PM from Monday through Friday; we are open Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM until 6 PM. Stop by for a visit and let’s talk about bikes!
Starting with the concept that “the customer is always right,” much time and care are taken to make the experience of dealing with everyone from The Cyclery Bike Shop enjoyable and fun. Helping the less fortunate with free service, allowing the local young riders to just hang out at the shop, and supporting the local college and schools are all part of what makes The Cyclery Bike Shop a bit different and special.
After years working in outside sales, Steve Herrera opened The Cyclery Bike Shop in 2010 and has been serving the Southern California community ever since. A lifelong bike shop customer and a bike racer for many years, Steve is still very active as a Cat 1 Mountain Bike racer, participating in at least 25 races per year and supports the racing community in various ways.
Steve is always eager to learn, welcomes conversation with his customers, as well as with those seeking to find a place to call their bike shop. Interesting and interested, Steve enjoys that time spent with customers in, or out of the shop.
